So, I’ve had a lot of time on my hands recently, and with more time, comes more opportunity to watch YouTube. Anyone else? I love YouTube, and I find myself on there a lot because a 15 to 20-minute video sounds more appealing than a 45-minute TV show. I mostly follow lifestyle and fitness YouTubers, and I thought I’d share who I’ve been watching!
HopeScope
A few months ago I discovered Hope and I’m so glad that I did! She calls herself the legging queen, and she totally is. She reviews different brands of activewear of all price ranges and gives her honest opinion about them. She does squat tests on all the leggings and I’ve really come to value her opinion! She’s the one that inspired me to try the Lorna Jane activewear that was mentioned in my haul this past month. If you love activewear, it’s probably not as much as Hope. And if you have been wondering if a pair of leggings is worth it, I’d try searching her channel because I’m sure there’s a review on it. I’ve found myself hooked on her videos and every time she uploads a new one I have to watch!
Natacha Océane
I feel like I’ve mentioned Natacha over and over again, but she is my fitness inspiration! I love following her over on Instagram for her workout videos, but I love her YouTube videos even more. She is very science based in her explanations regarding any fitness topics, and I just trust her and her experience and research. If you ever need a revamp in your routine and want to try different exercises, I’d definitely recommend looking her up because I’ve loved every move of hers that I’ve tried! I said it before in my New Year’s Resolutions, but I really want to try some of her workout programs!
Sarah’s Day
It’s weird, I’ve been thinking a lot about when I first started watching Sarah’s Day YouTube videos. It was 2017, and I think she had just hit at least 200,000 subscribers, and I binge watched as many of her videos as I could and have watched every new video ever since! So it’s crazy seeing other YouTubers mention her and the products she has come out with. She just hit 1 million subscribers within the past year and just continually kills it! She is a paleo-based eater, which I find really helpful since I am trying to go the dairy-free, gluten-free route. It’s weird that I’m going on 3 years of her being one of my fitness inspirations. Recently, I’ve been going back to her older videos from 2017 and 2018, and it brings back so much nostalgia!
Grace Denny
I first discovered Grace last fall, and I’ve been really enjoying her content. If I’m not in a fitness video mood, I’ll definitely go over to her channel and watch some of her lifestyle videos to pass the time! Did I mention she’s Irish and I absolutely love her accent?
Matt D’Avella
My last and final YouTuber I’ve been watching is Matt D’Avella. By either listening to his podcast or watching his YouTube videos, he motivates me to be a more productive and more effective person! I love his content and he has a great sense of humor that I appreciate. I feel like if you ever need a boost in your routine, he’s the guy you go to.
Now do I watch all five of these YouTubers all in one day? Definitely not. It all depends on what I’m in the mood for, and this past week I’ve been in the mood for more fitness related content and have been watching a lot of Sarah’s Day! YouTube is a platform that leaves me feeling motivated and start trying new things, or it just takes my mind off of the day. Random post for today, but hey, if you need any recommendations on some people to follow over on YouTube I hope this helps out! Thanks for stopping by today, have a great one!
